(Sean's Post)
We were up so late doing yesterday's post that we missed most of the morning. Maureen took a few pictures of the views we have from the apartment so that those of you following us will get a good idea of what to expect. We had brunch, showered, and then it was time to get to you know where. I realized that I haven't taken any pictures of James' play room (where we have our visits), so today I took a couple of pics of his room. He spends the rest of the time in the room next door with a couple of other babies. We can hear them crying through the glass wall while we're there. The play room is room number "8." My number when I played little league baseball was 8 and Maureen and I share it as our lucky number. There sure are plenty of cool coincidences (especially when you're looking for them).

James was all smiles as always. We started with the baby arm and leg excercises this time to get him all limbered up for play. Then we did the sit-up game which I got on video and we played "roll over" again. As always, there were some milestones reached for James today! During the stretches, we set-up the iPod again and he didn't mind it at all. We stuck to the Baby Einstein to keep it mellow, though (can't be too careful). I'm sure that he'll get plenty of 50 Cent later in life. He really had a blast when Old MacDonald came on and Maureen and I sang along and he bounced to the tune. Of course, I had to act out all the animals and he thought that was so funny.

For the first time we've seen, he reached for a toy and held it. It then went straight into his mouth but we expected that. He must be teething pretty hard because he's a non-stop drool factory. All too quckly our time was up again. This time I played with James in the crib after I put all of the stuff away and had put on my coat. Maureen then got ready and left. He wasn't crying when I left but who knows if he did a couple of seconds later.

Maureen and I walked to the Viola store for some cheese that's as close to chedder as you can get here as far as flavor (Edam), more water, oil for cooking, frozen food for later (ready-made frozen pelmeni and vareniki in plastic bags that you boil and eat), and some Nutella for Maureen. We didn't get as good service today. I guess it varies if Maureen's with me or not. So, she was right - haha!

Well, it's just a shorter post today. Until tomorrow, Paka!

Love to all!
